2. Products All artworks listed on hast-chitra.com are original, handmade paintings by Hast Chitra. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in colour and texture as seen on screen due to the nature of handmade art.

3. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Hast Chitra. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any artwork or image without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.

5. Certificate of Authenticity A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every original painting purchased from Hast Chitra.

6. Order Cancellations Hast Chitra reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Limitation of Liability Hast Chitra is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
