REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Hast Chitra, every painting is an original, handmade work of art. We take great care in creating and delivering each piece.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the artwork arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described. Please email us at support.hastchitra@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs of the damage or discrepancy.

Non-Returnable Items As each painting is a unique original, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the painting has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges as each piece is a one-of-a-kind original.

Damaged or Lost in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support.hastchitra@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly.
