SHIPPING POLICY

At Hast Chitra, we take great care in packing and delivering your original artwork safely to your doorstep.

Processing Time Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via Shiprocket. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Packaging Each painting is wrapped in protective material and shipped in a rigid, reinforced box to prevent damage in transit.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support.hastchitra@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can also track your order at [your tracking page URL].
