Processing & Delivery Timelines

Because oil and acrylic paints require specific curing times and custom packaging, processing times vary, but usually we process and ship your order within 5 days of placing the order.

Once, we process your order, you will get it delivered withing 5-7 business days.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship nationwide. Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout depending upon the size and destination of the delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your artwork is packed and handed over to our courier partner , you will receive an email and SMS update containing:

• Your tracking number

• Direct link to track your parcel in real-time

• Estimated delivery date

What to do if your package arrives damaged:

1. Inspect before signing: If the outer packaging shows visible signs of severe damage, please take photos before opening it or refuse the delivery.

2. Document everything: Take clear photos and a quick video of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged artwork itself.

3. Contact us immediately: Email us at support.hastchitra@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Once verified, we will arrange for a return, repair, or full replacement depending on the nature of the artwork.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Hast-chitra.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or uncollected delivery, re-shipping fees will apply.
